Starter Motor clacking

BLT mod doesn't touch the starter drive.
Oh and the dud battery syndrome must be the most common problem in Busadom.
Replace battery or install a lead to your battery with socket and buy one of those trickle type chargers they sell for cars etc laid up for long periods. Plug it in regularly. Handy too, gives you a 12V socket if you need it, but if then you need to install a fuse as well to stop shorts affetcing the battery and causing wire melt down!

Batteries a common problem ????? naaaaaaaaaaaaah...........I reckon jumping out of gear would be more common.....but hey..I'm not going there...........might ruffle too many feathers
