If you want a really OBVIOUS bike, you'd go with everyone else's suggestions, but if you would like something classy and a little less common you'd go with the purple/black.
Don't listen to everyone who tells you those horror stories. I used to nod politely, but after being in a particularly nasty car accident, cage drivers have nothing to brag about!
