Shannons piking-out on insurance claim

G'day
I was knocked off my bike 4 months ago...Shannons were very good to deal with, repairs approved in a week, paid me $500 towards a new helmet promptly...didn't need to claim other apparel, it wasn't marked...in a nutshell I am a satisfied customer.
Maybe the difference is the trackday/ride day thing, maybe it's an at fault / not at fault thing...
I'll have another think about it when insurance is due for renewal (or when and if I go play on a track day)
Problem is that usually cheap insurance requires that you only ride 2 days a week...
