Nice work there Glenn. Would love to have a chat one day about the dimensions of pixils X pixils that you work in. I assume that you are designing these in a computer? I wouldn't mind having a crack at a few designs myself. You never know, you could probably sell tham to some poor blind busa owner if i do a few. 
Is there any limit to the colours that you can use? you know what size pallet have you got? 256? 3,000? 16 million?
I gather you print the images onto the sticker so pretty much anything goes?
How about multi layer images?
