Opinions about helmets...

Hi. I've had the Shark for the last 2 years and I love it (it's great, ain't it DJ?)





...but the time has come to buy a new one. I like the newer Shark, but thought I'd check out other helmets before I head off to buy one...

Any thoughts on these two specimens?
has anyone had them, or can anyone comment on whether they are noisy, comfy, etc...

because I have exactly the same helmut..secondhand or head from Ray Quincy for 99 smakeroos...
Must admit I could be tempted to go for one of those KBC's in black with bullet hole effects. A guy had one last night at coffee...me like.
