Raz, We need your help re slow server at peak times.
They are aware of the prob and have asked us to do a Ping and trace route when slow (on command prompt). And then email them the results.
They have had other complaints from that server box so in a way that is good news.
They said they are working on it.
Can you look into that maybe tonight at peak time when we have the probs.
