Graphic Designer wanted

I am starting a new business and need a grabbing logo designed.

Are there any graphic designers on here or can anyone recommend one?

I have seen them on the net advertising a logo to be designed with 5 changes allowed and 100% ownership of the logo. Does anyone know if this is a fair price or any pitfalls to it?
