Dickhead. I'll stand on the side of the "time and place" debating team.
Yep. All of us have been "young" and done stupid things too.
That in turn means that we too have been "dickheads"
Being a dickhead on the backroad between Little River and Bucchus Marsh where the only casualty will be yourself, the fences or some hapless wildlife is one thing.
Doing it in a built up suburban area is another.
Of interest is the fact that it would seem that most of the articles we read about "hoon" riders are the ones where they're doing it in suburban streets.
Would it go to show that the media interest in this is because it can truly be seen as a "public safety" issue?
Going 200+ on a long straight stretch of country road doesn't present the danger to others that doing it in a suburban street does.
