ANZAC day tribute
#16
Vivienne Bullwinkle. What a woman. They have her uniform with the bullet hole in the side where she was shot, but once they realised she had survived, she was interred in the POW camp. She was forced to repair the hole and continue wearing the uniform as they had very few provisions. Not only was she one tough broad, but she was a very neat seamstress!

She is one of my favourites. I always visit her section when I am at the War Memorial.
