I always like to remember the people who have given their lives to help make the world a better place.
I don't condone war in any way and even though I did over 20 years in the RAAF I still believe most modern wars could have been avoided if it hadn't been for the greed of those in power at the time.
Too many gave up their young lives in the hope of a better life and many others had no choice, like lambs to the slaughter under misguided leaders.
Here is a tribute to the flyboys of WWII.
