I wonder if that 10 degrees earlier will mean that the thermofan will stay on longer. I need to find out at what temp it activates so looks like a meter and a pot of boiling water to see. At least I'll be able to check the calibration of my dash if I know exactly what temp the thermo activates.
Another question:
If I mount the oil cooler at the back of the bike will the frictional losses of pumping the oil thru 2mtrs of braided line affect oil pressure and supply to the motor????
when you had the motor built did you put in high volume oil pump or did ya stay with stock have you looked at mounting the oil cooler under the nose near the headlight somewhere
