36 C yesterday (97 F for you USA'ers) and after riding over half an hour in the heat (and in traffic) the engine was understandibly quite hot (in the red). Four hours later, (around 10 p.m.) I checked the bike, and it was still pointing halfway between H and C - I can't believe it was taking so long to drop the temperature!

40 C today (104 F) - I'm worried that riding in traffic in this heat is not going to be good for the bike. Is this the case?
