Cam Chain Tensioner

I was only notified once but found out through other dealers that there were 2 other recalls. I have had these completed, with the oil dampening unit and timing chain being relpaced. I now have a rattling timeing chain when first started and idoling, and I have heard that this has not worked on other buses, resulting in blowing his motor. I have not any news about the ratchet system can you tell me more?
