For anyone considering aftermarket guages, check out:

The guages are electroluminesence and glow a green/blue like the old casio Indiglo watches. Installation seems pretty simple. Slip over the needles and on top of the original guages, and connect 2 wires per guage for power. That's it.
They come in two designs: Standard and Reverse. I'm getting the reverse, but you may have seen the standard ones on WRX's. Price is US$80 + $19 postage (2 weeks delivery).
