sorry Shorrty, the day I get back to work they send me out to this little airport at Coldstream to fix some idiots f***-up! On a previous paint job of this Piper, some noggin sanded the paint down, BUT SANDED THE RIVETS HEADS OFF ON DOME HEAD RIVETS!!!!!!!! That'll hold the plane wings together.....NOT!! Usually they paint strip planes down!
I'm back at Moorabbin on Tuesday after I finish out there so I'll find out that morning on our tins. I wish I had my Busa out that way near Coldstream - had some good back roads and up around the hills for a quick squirt at Lunch. No good for morning tho - was 1 degrees C at 6:30am other day !!!!
