I'm actually glad to disappoint you on this one..as current technology stands, there is no way to operate an elapsed time camera yet, unless they're operating off e-tags and haven't told anybody, then it would only be those vehicles with them that got done. Think about this..an elapsed time camera would have to photograph EVERY vehicle that passed through it, then would have to RECOGNISE the same vehicle(s) as they passed through the next camera and so on..or they'd have to employ a hundred or so people to look through EACH and EVERY photograph and date/time sequence..big brother may be watching..but he ain't that smart yet...
