Nos is not legal if it's connected, but if you have the bottle hooked up under the seat no one knows you have it, and police can't seach the bike unless they have probable cause.

Never forget, the responsibility is up to you (if your gonna play with fire, your gonna get burned)
You can have a bottle strapped to your bike in clear view and not get booked, but you must not have that braided line connecting the system. Once it's connected it's deemed an illegal modification......

No engine work is required if you stay within a certain safety margin.... e.g 40hp dry shot on top of a 185hp ZX12 no worries, we tried a 55hp shot and it lasted quite a while until he blew up his clutch basket. (now needs to be replaced with a billet one)
