What I was led to believe....
Imagine being flown to King Island with your wife to do a gig for King Island Dairy, all accomondation, flights etc paid and you get paid for the gig as well!
All the seafood and local produce you can eat!
Well that's what I have just come back from.
Except the gig was in a tiny pub hall, only 30-40 people showed, there was no seafood (very hard to get on the Island we found out!!) and it was nowhere near the flash setup I thought I was going to!!
Anyway turned out the locals were so friendly...we even had the company van to drive around in for the weekend.
Sandra loved it.
Met about half a dozen great people too.
The gig took off from around 9pm and kicked on 'til 1.30am...they had a ball!
Certainly not a gig you get every day!
