Grant . Don't use the Castrol GTX3. You'll find it has 'friction modifiers' or some such stuff in it and your clutch will start to slip. This I know from experience whilst trying to save a few bucks many years ago. I now use a semi-synthetic.

But I think the major sum-up should be, Whatever oil you use, change it VERY often, and always change the filter.
