the reason I am asking this is, Because many were booked for speeding and they were under the pretense (not official) that there going to be warnings for the first offense. Last year i spoke to the highway patrol Sgt and he told me speed cameras near towns and went on to say but there are plenty of roads out there to enjoy yourself. I think with the pull the Snowy organizers had as in money spent at Thredbo they should have insisted first warning system or take our business elsewhere. I have been in contact with a solicitor who is an expert in motorcycle law and loopholes, and we could get a class action going regarding speeding fines at the Snowy Ride.
