I always let the customer know whats happening with there goods, and he was no exception, it only takes a phone call or email to let them know. Anyway the manuf.screwed it by at least 7 days,but this dude wasnt happy either way. He works at "The Advertiser" in SA I sent a nice little letter to his Man/Director saying what a wonderfull representative he has for his newspaper. That might slow him down a bit. Cheers,
