Oh.... one other point. If the revolution comes, it won't be because we all know we're being ripped off and labelled as criminals for our driving habits just so the Govt. can raise money. Everybody already knows that.
The issue will be 'indirect taxation', leading hopefully to corruption charges.
I've said it before... just charge us all an extra $250 per annum and raise the revenue openly and with transparency - then get off our backs and quit with the bullshit.
