Congrats to all the partners who take up riding.
My wife gave it a go a couple of years ago and bombed out during the 2 day learning phase
At least she tried, and in a way, I'm glad that she didn't progress. I reckon she suffers from tunnel vision on the road and doesn't have the peripheral vision required for safe riding.
She has an exceptional driving record in cars and I feel quite safe with her at the wheel. BUT on a bike, you have to be really aware of every hazard out there.
Please give Mrs Monyx all the support she needs during the next few months and encourage her to go out alone some times to gain confidence.
