Well Mike finally got onto his new Beemer today.
5 of our Busa members escorted him out of town to give it a burl through the sweepers around Swansea.
Mike loves it. His initial impressions are that he loves the handling and suspension changes on the fly (they really do make a whopping difference with the sport setting not too different to his ZX12R). The comfort, mirrors, stand, finish and power are terrific.
BUT he does not like the brakes which are servo assisted and don't work when the engine is not running. This makes manourvering the bike a bit worrying when there is no power.
$28,000 with panniers.
We will give it a full workout up Thunderbolt's and down the Oxley.
