My good mate Mike, who had his bike knocked over with mine in Canberra back in March, traded his ZX12R this morning on a BMW K1200S.
We tested a demo bike for an hour or so and he fell in love with the Beemers extra smoothness and comfort.
He reckons the throttle response was better from lower revs than the ZX and the thing rides like on rails. He also loved the electronic suspension adjustment on the fly.
He would have loved a Busa but wanted something different and more technologically advanced.
I will be able to give a Busa v BMW comparro in a few weeks.
