I did it here in Sydney, as well as stage 2, Cornering and Braking.

Very useful and also very entertaining (the Sydney guys - Wayne and the team) are a bunch of comedians.

If you've been riding for a while you may find it's either a good refresher, or an "eye-opening experience" because you had picked up a lot of bad habits over the years...
