It is depressing.
This Victorian fascination for sticking at or below the speed limit is beginning to have an effect interstate.
If you see a line of traffic being held up and manage to work your way to the front of the pack, it appears to be a victorian plated traveller hugging the posted limit.
I live adjacent to the Pacific Hwy and have noticed this effect a lot over the past year or so.
Has anyone else noticed this Mexican behaviour on the road?
