If by saying "handle better" you mean quicker steering, more willing to turn in.
A pair of raising links on the rear $0 to $50
and or risers in the front 0 to $50, adjust tire pressures, adjust suspension settings
you could go for a 43 tooth sprocket on the back
$50 to $100 for the sprocket about $170 for a speedohealer.
it's not rocket science
Hayabusa's have been setup with a fairly slow but stable steering for high speed work, everything is a compromise, just compromise it in the way that you want!
