That's an "okay" price, but not a bargain by any means considering it doesn't include the bag.

I bought my first cover exactly like that one from the UK. Shipping was about $40 extra from what I remember.

I then got the cover and bag off a Busa owner in WA for about $150 delivered...! THAT was a good price!
