while its not bad - hosting our own & having full control over our database is way more control & security then pre-hosted forums

For instance - with doing the php or vb ones - we can control security a lot more - eg: not allow set users to view set area's as well ;)

there is a massive list but still not bad ;)

But I'd still say doing it our selfs would be much better "Busa riders always count in three's.... 100, 200, 300"
