Sprockets and GPS
#18
The mod we are refering to requires the removal of the resistors in the GPS for first through to fourth. So, yes, in the four lower gears the ECU is running on the neutral map. In fifth and sixth the GPS functions as normal, that is, fueling up at WOT over 8000rpm. With the TRE this fueling is occuring in all gears so ,for example, if WOT is used in first then the mixture will be way rich over 8000rpm. I can't see how this would be a good thing.
