No problem about the mags, just let me know if you want them.
As for the spine protector, when I had my leathers made I allowed room for one. But as they came a bit tight and needed to be worn a bit, I haven't bought one and stuck it in, but that's the intention for sure. Made all the more important by what happened to you. I take it your body ended up backing into a tree?
I guess nobody will ever know what went wrong for you, it could be any number of things.
Now I hardly ever use my bike on the road now (but I have got it at work today!), as at least there are no trees at Wanaroo!! I'd like to get a few more local Busa's up there, but haven't had much luck so far.
