It' really good to see you back on the board Brian.
Coincidentally, I just spent the whole day today doing my Red Cross 1st Aid Refresher course and I can recommend it to anyone who rides. You really do learn how to treat your mates correctly if they come down.
One full day learning how to apply bandages and splints etc stays with you for quite a few years.
Keep your chin up mate there will be some tough times ahead but a long and happy future could be just around the next bend.
