I took the bike for a short ride in a closed off road area to get a feel for it.It feels a little softer around 2000rpm but has the same torque by 3000rpm(77ft/lbs).The throttle is much less snatchy yet still crisp.the sound is in synch with the induction and is quite quiet at part throttle and builds to a scream. The biggest dynamic change i,ve noticed is from the front forks and the less weight hanging off the sides. The bike is MUCH more flickable now.I looked on hayabusa org and most guys are getting 166-168hp from their Muzzy,Akropovic and Ti force systems so I feel A little better about that. The brock Hindle seem to read the highest but have less torque. In regards to mixture settings it looks like I,ll need a lap top as dave has left enough variation in the fuel trim sliders to richen it up if I wish whilst retaining the current map.I just want to get out to the track or drags and do some good times.Better brakes are next on the agenda.Dad just fitted a new 16/19 brembo billet radial master cylinder that has taken his set up to a new level again.Good forks, good brakes, good throttle on = good lap times,i,m just missing the brakes then there's no excuses.
