Rang up and got a quote for insurance on the busa and got a 'special' price. Since I have a good record and no convictions, am over 35 years of age, been a rating one driver for as long as I can remember, only rider etc.
They finally send out the forms, I fill them out and send them back with payment etc.
They get back to me in writing a few days later. My premium has gone up by 10% and my excess has almost doubled!
Why?
Because I told them of a speeding fine I received. 63K in a 60 zone! I now have a conviction! This conviction is in place for 5 years.
