Accommodation is now sorted... the last place I was waiting on never got back to me so I found somewhere else

I have broken the costs into 3 tiers due to all the different accommodation styles

1 COUPLES
This represents a min of own room with a double bed that is not shared with anyone else. There is some options of upgrading to a room with an ensuite where possible.

$195 p/p ALL NIGHTS
$405 TOTAL COST (including breakdown vehicle costs $15)

2 SINGLES WITH UPGRADE
while most nights singles will be in a shared room at Ross there are 10 stops that need to be filled by singles in a double/twin style motel room instead of cabin style.
$39 p/p/n
$210 p/p ALL NIGHTS (including breakdown vehicle costs $15)

3 SINGLE
will be sharing rooms with others
$36 p/p/n
$195 p/p ALL NIGHTS (including breakdown vehicle costs $15)

any upgrades options will be taken as "first in first served"

To reduce confusion I will be asking for advance payments for the above costs.

TO BE PAID before 30/11/2015 (that's 3 1/2 months to get your shit together LOL)
