Well done Pete,
Now its my turn.
Both you and Graham have far too many applications running automatically on Startup. (Shown on the taskbar)
This indicates that when you install your tools you accept the default of letting the applications start themselves and by doing this they clog up your memory and slow down your PCs.
This also indicates that when you go for a ride, you are happy to follow the leader.
You also prefer to do short day trips than overnighters.
(Neither of you like to pay for protection)
