Starting issues

Turned out to be the starter, pretty much ceased up and rusty for some weird reason.

Oil is a tad milky, so has got some water in it, not sure how the oil has gotten water in it, radiator is still full, possibly through the starter as the starter gears are rusty.

Question now is, what is the best way to flush the motor out?
I am guessing the milky oil has gone right through the motor.
Is there a recommended easy way to flush motors out?
Might start another thread on this topic.
