And the nuclear fuel used in Power plants is very clean compared to bombs, in fact the waste product of the fusion reason is supposed to be what they use in warheads, but I am sure there are peeps here that can agree/disagree with that.
So any place that s bombed to pieces won't be able to be reused ever. And before Nagasaki bombing is used as an example of why it should be done... That Atomic bomb was very crude and low yield compared to anything used today.
I think neutron bombs kill off living things without the downside of making the bomb site un-inhabitable for extended periods of time.
