As you would no the Forum has been down for a few days this is the reply I received so I will look into to keep it running smoother

Hi,

I have been informed your server has recently been restored to service. Please
be aware that there is currently a high load on that server as well as a mail
queue. This may result in webpages loading slower than normal and/or a delay in
emails (both incoming and outgoing).

We apologise for this inconvenience and would like to assure you that our
administrators are working hard to restore full service to your server as soon
as possible.
