Not too loud, not too quiet.
Saves a bit of weight, but not as much as you may think.
According to a Yoshi dyno report I found recently, they actually lose 2 hp over the stock pipes if nothing else is changed.
Still worth the trade off in my opinion.

note: they do come with a baffle insert if you want to sneak past the Police
