Yes I agree, but following the gentle manipulation of my ECU by Camel, I found many of those sort of issues went away. The entire range is smoother, from low speed traffic manoeuvring to full on third gear blasting.

As above, get the ECU flashed. My 08 Jaffa had the same feel. I had Pete from Pete's Pittstop reflash mine. Also adjusted the thermo fan setting to come on at a lower temp, go rid of the throttle limiters in the lower gears and the 299km limiter etc.
