I'm onto my 4th Gen 1 now. Never had a serious problem, apart from that one time when I tried to fix my own brakes Embarassed.

Three of them have had well over 100,000km. The other was a Busa track bike, which had about 40 or 50,000km I think.

Of course, mine have all been pretty much stock (OEM).
