Be aware that in nsw if you have had any major traffic offences in the last five years the judge looks at them as well, and now we have the added joy of be labeled a habitual traffic offender once you get to offence no 3 in the five year period and as well as that you then get 2 years ban just cause there nice people.only found this out this year after losing it for 6 months this year.Revhead I, d take them to court on that one and make them actually work for it I did. I got collared for 45/over which in nsw means you leave it parked on the side of the road with no number plate or licence, and then the added bonus of losing job added as well (bit hard if if you drive trucks) Now I don, t know what happened the day I went to court only expecting to have the $2200 fine reduced but walked out with licence back and kept the cash.
