Feb 2014 TAS north-east ride DAY1

Is it easier if we do the trip on Saturday as soon as we get off the boat. Cath and I, Wayne and his crew, (at least 1/2 dozen), and then do the ride on the Saturday as you originally had planned. When Volvi gets off the boat Sunday(think he's on his own) he can catch us up. That way more of the Tassie crew will be able to do the ride as it's over a weekend?? We can organise a rendezvous stop mid morning with Volvi.

it doesn;t matter to me much as I can have the Monday off work... hell they are lucky I turn up at all

I am waiting to hear back from beach house owner to see if/when it could be on that weekend too, if not here are plenty of places to stay in Swansea. But I was hoping to use beach house and see if my wife could drive down on day 1 and get it ready for a dozen riders to stay at (there will be 2 double beds for the married couples )

I will just enjoy riding with every1 and trying to show you all some sights....

If Volvi wants to catch up an ddoesn;t mind long days on bike he should be able to get to Swansea by 9:30-10am on day 2.. then he will only have another 400 k's to ride
