yeah... couple of things.......
1)..must try and "soften" the clutch somehow. So very very savage off the line with NO slippage what-so-ever. My launches absolutely suck big time! Bucking like a wild bull wanting to spit you off all the time kills your ET every time!(hmmm , maybe 20`long wheelie bars might do the trick)
Did manage to run down most guys though once it was well and truly properly hooked up...(except for a couple of really hot busas who were pretty much uncatchable)
2)..Oh the total humiliation of stalling on the line!!! there`s no coming back from that!!...and the ride back on the return road past the grandstand and all the crowd (and your so called mates) with their "woohoo-ing and sniggering is absolutely BRUUUTAL!!! .......and there`s nowhere to hide dammit!
....but....what a fabulous night of fun. Lots and lots of goes up the strip,with very little waiting between runs. A heap of newbies out there as well enjoying the night like we all did.
Must practise,practise practise though......12 yrs between meets just doesn`t cut it.
