To be honest the brembo callipers look horn, and work so good, but the stocky caliper is fine.
Good quality rotor, pads and braided lines.
If your still not to happy the master cyl is the answer.
I find the stock one don't give enough pressure. a set of brembo master cylinders is defiantly the way to go.. (Yes set, cause the bars have to look semetrical!)
This is probable the biggest improvement you can make to the bike in terms of brake feel.
