Captain,

Genuine radiator? is there a blockage (swarf), Is there an air lock? Thermo fan won't kick in if the sensor is not sitting in coolant. Gen 1 or 2? Gen 1 has a bleed hose from the top of the thermostat housing - check it is not kinked. Gen 2 has a bleed screw. Remove to bleed air.
