The simplest way would be to put a cigarette lighter socket in, with an inline fuse on that, then get a car adapter for your phone.
You can get a weatherproof socket and mount it within easy reach, or like I did just leave it under the seat (held in place with the rubber over the battery) and run the cord out to the tank bag.
