I got sweet FA out of them and slid the ass around way too many times I care to remember. Also threw the bike down the road from loss of traction.
My oem's were BT015, and when I got BT016 HUGE difference - even still oem bt015 and bt015 are not the same tyre. For what reason....I don't get it.
Andrew, it can only be 2 things - you're suspension is working against you causing premature wear, you're simply too hard on them, or both.
Considered the suspension Paul but I haven't noticed any typical symptoms. There is no scalloping or cold tearing. The tires wear pretty evenly across the width, there are no flat spots or squaring. And I do not ride as hard as other guys I know. Total fricken mystery 3.5 - 4K and that is it. When I read about getting 10-12K out of a set I want to scream...
